This tropical summer cocktail had me with its shimmering blue. It's the bright blue Curacao that gives it that ocean feel, and the recipe for this Blue Hawaiian is so simple, anyone can whip it up in a few minutes. Cheers to Summer Time!
Blue Hawaiian
Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz (45 ml) white rum
1 oz (30 ml) blue curaçao
1 oz (30 ml) coconut cream (optional)
2 oz (60 ml) pineapple juice
1/2 oz (15 ml) fresh lime juice (optional, for a tangy twist)
Garnish with Ice
Pineapple slice and maraschino cherry
Instructions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender or shaker
Pour the mixture into a chilled glass and/or over crushed ice
Garnish, sip and savor the tropical flavors!
